Do you keep the uploaded lease documents?

Not by default. Landman keeps the structured extraction results, confidence metadata, and audit logs while discarding the raw file unless document retention is explicitly enabled.

Can I override the AI extraction?

Yes. Every AI import goes through a human review screen where each field can be accepted, rejected, or replaced before saving.

How do exports work?

Users can export filtered lease, tract, well, contact, or full-account datasets as CSV or multi-sheet XLSX workbooks.
