Do you keep the uploaded lease documents?
Started imports retain original documents and spreadsheets in private storage for your organization, alongside extraction results and audit history. Classification alone does not save an import record or an extra original in this app. Owners and admins can include available originals in a portable account export. Older uploads may be unavailable if they were processed before retention was introduced.
How are documents processed with AI?
Selecting PDFs or images in the default uploader sends them to OpenAI for a workflow suggestion. Confirm or choose a workflow before extraction; you can continue manually if classification is unavailable. Started AI imports send documents for extraction. Temporary local and provider file cleanup is attempted after processing, and cleanup failures appear in the import receipt. The private retained original is separate from those temporary copies.
Can I override the AI extraction?
Yes. AI imports produce review candidates. Check the source and correct or reject extracted values before saving them as records.
How do exports work?
Owners and admins can download a full-account Smart or Flat Excel workbook, optionally packaged with retained originals in a ZIP. Focused CSV exports are available for leases, tracts, wells, and contacts. Property-specific report filters are not available yet.
Does a valuation establish title or guarantee a sale price?
No. Offer evidence and financial scenarios depend on the documented interest, relevant comparisons, and explicit assumptions. Missing or conflicting ownership and allocation information needs review. An estimate does not establish clear title or guarantee what a buyer will pay.
